These are the mottos that have been with us since we began our journey into the world of Restaurateurs and Hotels, and founded the Silva Carvalho Group in 1981. In Sintra we opened our first venues, and today we offer a variety of options: the Café Paris, Central Palace Hotel, Paço Real, Tasca Saloia,  Loja do Vinho, Hamburguer Real in the Palace and Gelati di Chef.
